Customized housecleaning, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one time, spring cleaning, organizing projects, or move out. Average costs $150. I can bring my supplies or use yours. For a move-out job, I would pay extra attention to detail to insure your security deposit or to be ready for new owners. In the kitchen, I would wipe out all cabinets and drawers, counters and cabinet fronts, clean inside and out of all appliances, sweep, mop. All bathrooms will have toilets, tubs, sinks, floors scrubbed and mirrors shined. All other spaces will have ceiling fans, baseboards, chair rails and blinds dusted, inside windows cleaned, doors wiped down. Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed, and hard floors swept and mopped.
