ABOUT ME: I am 25 years old from Pickens, SC. I go to Greenville Tech, I do majority of my classes online. I’m going school to become a Substance Abuse Counselor. I currently work 2 days a week for Vocational Rehabilitation Department, Holmesview Center. I have been working for the state for 1 year and 6 months. I have 5 months of professional cleaning experience, working for Merry Maids in Greenville, SC. While I was employed at Merry Maids I learned a lot about cleaning that I did not know before. My boss was very impressed with how detailed I was and how much I showed attention to small detail. CLEANING EXPERIENCE: washing/drying laundry, making beds (corners folded), high dust, baseboards, washing walls, ceiling fans, dusting surfaces and sides of cabinets, appliances, furniture, tables, etc., vacuuming, mopping (hands & knees), under cushions, window seals, sinks, bath tubs, lamps, mirrors, table/chair legs, and much more. ADDITIONAL: I strive to make my customers happy, as well as my clients/employees at my part time job. I go above and beyond for anyone I work for. I consider myself a “people pleaser”, I do not mind doing more than what was asked for me to do. As a mother, I know what it is like to have a crazy schedule and a lot going on, that’s why I do not mind offering help after my job is finished. For example, my boss at Merry Maids had just become new owners, they were staying at the office until midnight doing paper work, getting the cleaning supplies ready, washing micro fiber towels and up to their heads in work. When I would arrive back at the office, I would clock out and asked if they needed my help with anything. Yes, I do need to make income but I’m more than happy to offer a helping hand when I am off the clock.
