Hello, i have been an excellent housekeeper for many years. I am thorough, quick and competant. Im very skilled in recognizing a customers needs and delivering quality service each and everytime. I offer a variety of services from quick and simple cleanings to spring cleanings and move in/move out service. I am reliable and offer a flexible schedule as well. One time appointments, weekly, bi weekly and monthly services offered. My basic services include cleaning kitchens including appliance surfaces and floors. (oven cleaning additional charge) clean and sanitize all bathrooms thoroughly. Dust. Living areas, brush furniture. Vacuum all carpets. Change and wash bedroom linens if desired. Dust and clean baseboards and wipe down wall and door surfaces. This is my basic service. I also offer window cleaning. Spring cleaning includes inside appliances refrigerator and oven. Vents, ceiling fans etc. Move in/move out service includes a complete cleaning top to bottom. Trash removal etc. Minimum charge is $50 for a smaller 1-2 bath apt/condo. Usual basic charge is $75. Spring cleaning and move in/out service depends on the size of the property and level of cleanin required. I have excellent references and years of experience.
