Detail oriented housekeeper wanted, position open now.

Our household consists of 2 60-something ladies who own a business and a darling 2 year old Cavalier dog who loves everyone. We need a housekeeper for our 4,000 sq ft home. It is 2 levels, with the lower level requiring attention only monthly or so. We primarily live in the 2,000 feet on the main floor. There we have half wood floors and half carpet, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a kitchen, living and dining room, mud room and laundry room, and entry way. We'd like the beds changed each week and all the windows on the main floor cleaned about every 3 months. We have all cleaning equipment and supplies, including an electric mop and first rate vacuum cleaner. We have granite counter tops in the kitchen and one bath. We want weekly vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cob web patrol, bathroom cleaning, and kitchen cupboard and refrig attention. We usually enter through the garage and need the carpets out there vacuumed and the leaves swept out as needed. We have guests occasionally and need their beds changed and towels set out and bathroom cleaned periodically.
