Housekeeper in Rochester, Minnesota

Hi there! My name is Elsa and I am looking for some additional house cleaning gigs for my week days. I have cleaned lots of houses and can list them as references. Currently, I clean one house three times weekly, and two houses on a biweekly basis. I work part time at a law office in Rochester so house-cleaning is my other part-time job. My availability is during the week but if necessary I have some availability during Saturday mornings. I offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning sessions. I prefer houses/apartments that have been cleaned regularly. I don't do heavy duty cleaning such as cleaning rooms that are covered in cobwebs, animal hair, coated with dust, etc. As long as it has been cleaned regularly it should fit my requirements. If you have a space you would like to be organized, kitchen cabinets and drawers for example, I do quite a bit of that! Or if you have a bigger project in mind, I'm always up for that as well. My rates are based off of the time it will take to clean the space needed, as well as how deep a cleaning is needed. Also, the size of the home affects cost/time. The bigger the home, the more time it will take to cover all the ground, thus raising the price. Typically, I am supplied cleaning products at the client's home instead of bringing my own, but if that's a problem for you I'm open to working something out! I really enjoy cleaning and organizing and I am very thorough. Cleaning is something that is enjoyable for me and offers a sense of fulfillment when I have finished the job to my best ability.
