Hi! My name is Ava. If you are looking for someone to deep clean or maintain your house, apartment, or business, look no further. I have my own transportation and can use my own cleaning supplies if you do not have any available. I run my own business and have a FB page called Ava’s Home Cleaning. I am not using this site anymore because it costs money and I get no new clientele. I live in Cordova. I charge $20/hr, but my work speaks for the price if it is affordable for you. Cheap work isn’t good and good work isn’t cheap. I won’t cut corners to get a job done in less time. I take much pride in my work. For deep cleaning of large homes it usually takes me three sessions of 5 hours, but I can do light cleaning if that’s all that is needed. I do not work for less than 3 hours within a 20 mile radius. Description of Skills: -Room Cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, organizing) -Bathroom cleaning (toilet, shower, sinks, floors, counters) -Kitchen Cleaning (dishes, counters, sweeping, mopping, microwave/oven cleaning, organizing -Fridge/Freezer Cleaning and Organizing/throwing out expired food -Pantry/fridge organized by food type and expiration dates -Full Cleaning of any additional rooms or living spaces. -Laundry washing, drying, and folding (please have own preferred detergent) -Making beds -porch/garage sweeping -baseboard cleaning -unclogging of sinks or bathtub with surgical tools (no disassembly required) ($10 extra charge...it’s not a pretty sight) -hardwood floor waxing -cleaning of walls, windows, and shutters You tell me exactly what you want done, and I guarantee you will be satisfied with the results.
