Housekeeper Job in Kensington, Maryland

We are a family of 5...3 kids ages 13, 10 and 8..and a dog. We are laid back but not good at cooking or housekeeping. We have a stand alone 1 bedroom apartment. ..with separate entrance ( worth about $1200). We live 5 minutes walk to metro and mall in Silver Spring. We are looking for someone to provide some services on exchange for the free or reduced apartment rental. We are looking for someone to cook, do light cleaning and laundry. We would also like someone who can do school pick up and/or dog walking but that is not a requirement. In addition, we would like to be able to leave the kids in house occasionally with you...they do not need too much just someone they can talk to if need be.
