Housekeeper Job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

A growing green clean company operating in Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs is seeking experienced cleaners to join our team as independent contractors. Our company is rapidly expanding with an "A" rating on Angie's List and a loyal, highly-satisfied customer base. Job Description: Providing clients with consistent, detailed, professional cleaning services for their homes and businesses Traveling to and from each job Handling customer payments and keys in a secure manner Maintaining a courteous, professional manner at all times Learning and consistently applying company policies and procedures. Requirements: The ability to clean quickly, thoroughly and CONSISTENTLY for up to eight hours a day (Travel time between jobs is included in eight-hour day.) Our reputation is based on consistent, friendly, custom-tailored service A reliable and insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license to travel between jobs Effective time-management skills and the ability to maintain a schedule The flexibility to work with a changing schedule A working knowledge of Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs and/or reliable GPS navigation A mobile phone with texting Basic conversational English The ability to pass a criminal background check and legally work in the United States Signature of a standard non-compete agreement The ability to interact with clients and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner Preference given to candidates with the following: Three or more years of experience in house cleaning, housekeeping, or maid service Individuals with stellar references The ability to read and write in English Bilingual individuals speaking both English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.
