Housekeeper in Rogers, Arkansas

Hello! My name is Mikaela and I am currently a stay at home mother and a drilling reservist in the US Army Reserves. I am looking into starting my own 'small business' (somewhat). I am offering to clean apartments, duplexes, town homes, and homes that you have. These services will be primarily used when one tenant is moving out and another is looking to move in. We all know how we hate to move into a new place and have to immediately clean! I try to keep my house as clean as I can but as a mom of two rambunctious boys, it intimidates me sometimes. But I do have OCD and any little mess will drive me crazy, so when it comes to cleaning, I sure know how to do it! During this cleaning, it will be the basics. The cleaning that will be performed is the general cleaning of the entire house. This will include dusting, cleaning all of the windows, cleaning the door knobs and doors, cleaning the baseboards, light switches, and outlets, vacuuming, getting rid of cobwebs, getting scum off of bathroom tiles and bleaching the grout, cleaning out bathroom drawers, vanities, and any hair, cleaning the toilet, sink, counter top, mirrors, and the exhaust fan. The kitchen will also have all of the tile cleaned, the counter tops, sink, dishwasher, oven, stove, all of the cabinets, and the exhaust fan cleaned. The bedrooms and living rooms will be vacuumed and any closets cleaned out. The garage will be empty and swept (unless storing big items for trash) and any trinkets or 'pretties' outside will be disposed of. I am not licensed for anything such as painting, lawn services, etc. But if you need these things done, I am more than happy to do them, but they may not be perfect! Pricing for the services listed above will be based on square footage. If other services are required, additional costs will be added and some materials will need to be provided (carpet shampooer, paint rollers, paint, etc.). I can currently do work in Rogers, Lowell, and Bella Vista. If other areas are needed a small fee will be added just for the gas of driving back and forth from my home to yours. I provide my own cleaning materials. I will use a diluted bleach and Clean Green on all surfaces and floors (depending on color of course). The windows and glass surfaces will be cleaned with Windex. Or if you have special requests for cleaning materials, I can change it up. Some smells in the house may take some time to dissipate, such as cigarette smoke, animal urine, etc. I will try my best to get these smells out of the house, but just vacuuming the carpet will not do the trick! A walk through of the site will be done beforehand and all items that are wanted to be performed will be written in a contract and signed. A walk through of the site will be done after services are performed to see if everything is up to par with what you are expecting. A 35% deposit will need to be provided up front and then the rest will be when the cleaning is done. This is where I do not clean the entire site and someone rip me off. Contact between myself and the landlord should be expected frequently for questions and to make sure you are still on board with the services provided or any extra things that come up. Progress can be monitored if needed. If something is done wrong or not to your standard or the new tenants standard, then tell me! I will make the appropriate adjustments when cleaning to provide the best experience for everyone!
