We are two experienced, fast, efficient cleaners willing to do what many cleaning companies won't for a very reasonable rate. From regular household and office cleans, to construction/building clean-ups, to yard/lawn/weed maintenance and pet clean up, and then some: we do almost anything. One-time cleans, move-in/move-outs, regular cleanings, garages. We also do event set-up/tear-down and party clean ups. First time customers are cash-only. Rates are $15 per person per hour (e.g. 2 of us for 2 hours = $60.00) For larger jobs, prices may be negotiable. We clean GREEN--we use non-toxic commercial cleaning products made by a local vendor for the safety of humans, pets and the environment. We will use your products upon request. We do not give fixed prices over the phone: we have to see the job to know how long it will take. Within reason, we are willing to do free on-site estimates.
