Hello I'm offering carpet cleaning at a most reasonable rate.. Its just me and my steam vac. I don't have a fancy van full of expensive equipment I don't have a crew its just me. For like a 2 bedroom condo about 900 sq ft takes me about 3 hours. Flat rate of 100.00 dollars plus shampoo and stain remover be like 20 more.. I just finished a condo with 3 cats all stains and dirt spots came out carpets looks once again new. I can't move heavey furniture but small tables and recliners no problem .. I do ask that u vacuum first and the kitchen sink be empty that's where I refill the soap .. If u have a larger home price accordingly .. Please text me anytime.219-476-... No calls
