However, please keep in mind that as an independent contractor, I provide my own equipment and supplies, and also incur transportation costs. I hope we can establish a mutually beneficial relationship where both parties win. Hourly rates are available , but it can be negotiated, it will take depend on the conditions of the house, rooms and nature of the job (basic, standard, or deep cleaning), between 2 to 8 hours for the work to be done. If you prefer, we can work with a customized flat rate for the tasks you need, ensuring no surprises on your invoice. Certain tasks may require additional charges as add-ons due to their nature, such as cleaning inside the oven or refrigerator, washing windows within reach, folding and putting away laundry, and so forth.
