I am 27 years of age and a family oriented woman. I am capable in stablishing rapport with others in different ages. I am a hard worker and very task oreiented. I am keen to finish any task at hand. I also believe in learning new things and that it is never too late to learn. Im the second eldest in my family and the first girl so I take on the responsibility of a second mother to my other siblings of 2. I have my own children, ages 5 and 8 and a lot of cousins so I am very comfortable around children. My work experiences includes looking after elderlies with impairments. My first job back in Jilly 11 2014 until December 2015 was looking after Mrs....., he was suffering from Diabetes and have fracture in his hips she can't stand so I always help her for daily needs. And my current employment, Caretaker/caregiver. Caregiver Job Description • Help clients or residents with the activities of daily living • Perform personal care task such as hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, toileting and shaving • Talk with clients, give them companionship while participating in resident activities • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for clients • Provide transfers assistance by moving clients in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs or cars • Change bed linens, clean and iron laundry and assist in keeping room, cabinet, and dresser drawers neat and clean • Take and record vital signs • Create and maintain a pleasant work environment • Help with sanitation and housekeeping tasks of client’s room, bathroom, and common areas • Perform general household tasks including laundry, shopping, errands and transportation • Implement and support resident-care plans I have always considered my employers very important part of my life.
