I will work part or full-time as required. Along with cleaning I am looking for a family that I can cook for. I am a training professional with Culinary degree and extensive Culinary background and management. I take pride in work and I care and enjoy what I do. Services And Training: I will take care of surface polishing, bathroom cleaning, and oven scrubbing. Further, I own all necessay supplies. I have extensive experience. I am a graduate of Louisiana Culinary Institute in 2003 where I studied French Cuisine, Food Safety and Sanitation and all things a Kitchen. A LITTLE MORE PERSONAL: I have only been in California since Oct 2017 but I have many great references from awesome families I have had the pleasure of working for. I am a mother of 4. Only 2 teenagers at home. I am a native New Iberia, Louisiana and they call us CAJUNS but my heritage is IBERIAN where some of my family came from Spain. I moved to Kentucky when I graduated from high school and started a career in Purchasing and Inventory Management for Manufacturing Companies. My experience in Kentucky taught opened up a new world of food and cooking and made me a little more diversified. Now, living in California has even broadened my scope even more. This is very exciting to me and while I’m very good at cleaning I’m in love with creating meals layered with flavors for people who enjoy very complete bold palettes. In 2003 I relocated back to Louisiana to Pursue my dream of becoming a Chef.
