House cleaning can be scheduled Monday-Friday and our start time is at 8 AM. We offer a variety of packages that include but are not limited to; sanitize all objects and furniture throughout the area, tidying up common areas, trash removal, tops of the fridge, fridge and freezer (interior and exterior), under all kitchen appliances, the oven and stove (interior), laundry, strip and make beds, bathrooms (mold & mildew removal), organize (those cluttered closets, drawers, dressers, cupboards and more that need the attention), some exterior windows, sliders and tracks, baseboards, ceilings fans, dry cleaning service (ask us about it), watering indoor plants, grocery/errand run and staging for special occasions. Our company offers a GREEN CLIENT DISCOUNT. This allows us to reduce the amount of harmful toxins during the cleaning process by using green products keeping your home’s environment and your health in mind. Our green product service is practical and affordable. KITCHEN CLEANING: Dust, wipe, clean and sanitize all objects and furniture throughout the area; tidying up common areas, all counter top appliances, counter tops, back splash of sink area, sink and faucet, polish stainless steel items, outside of refrigerator, front face opened fridge/freezer, ceiling fans, light fixtures, all exterior cabinetry from top to bottom, edges of cabinetry, microwave (interior and exterior), back splash of stove area, oven and stove (exterior); as well as, dishes (loading the dishwasher), trash removal, then clean and organize the area before vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the floors. BY REQUEST ONLY: Clean and organize interior cabinets, drawers, pantries, etc., inside of refrigerator and freezer, top of fridge, under fridge, under stove/oven, oven and stove (interior) and dishes (unloading the dishwasher or hand wash). DINING AREA CLEANING: Dust, wipe, clean and sanitize all objects and furniture throughout the area; tidying up common areas, table tops, chairs, ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc., and clean and organize the area before vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the floors. BY REQUEST ONLY: Clean and organize interior storage cabinets, etc. BATHROOM CLEANING: Dust, wipe, clean and sanitize all objects throughout the area; mirrors, light fixtures, counter top, back-splash of sink area, sink and faucet, all exterior cabinetry from top to bottom, edges of cabinetry, bath tub and shower (interior and exterior with option of mold & mildew control/removal), toilet/bidet (interior and exterior), fold toilet paper, trash removal, and clean and organize the area before vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors. BY REQUEST ONLY: Clean and organize towel closet, under sink cabinets, drawers, etc. LIVING ROOM/SITTING ROOM/OFFICE CLEANING: Dust, wipe, clean, and sanitize all objects and furniture throughout the area; tidying up common areas, ceiling fans, light fixtures, table tops, chairs, and trash removal. Vacuum underneath the sofa cushions and all furniture; as well as, clean and organize the area before vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the floors. BY REQUEST ONLY: Deep organizing. BEDROOM CLEANING: Dust, wipe, and clean all furniture and objects throughout the area; ceiling fans, light fixtures, change sheets and make beds, vacuum underneath the bed and furniture, and then clean and organize the area before vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the floors. BY REQUEST ONLY: Clean and organize closet, dresser, night stands, storage furniture, etc. LAUNDRY/LAUNDRY ROOM: Dust, wipe, and clean all furniture and objects throughout the area; all counter tops, sink and faucet, light fixtures, all exterior cabinetry from top to bottom, edges of cabinetry, trash removal, and clean and organize the area before vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the floors. Wash, dry, and fold clothes. ***Not specialized in laundry services*** BY REQUEST ONLY: Put clothes in proper place and vacuuming dryer vents. We will also drop off/pick up dry cleaning at your local dry cleaners. WALL AND DOORS: Wipe and clean walls, baseboards, doors, door frames, sweeping front entrance/porch, and door knobs; making them free and clear of dust, spider webs, grime, finger prints, spills, stains, etc. HARDWOOD FLOORS: are cleaned with Murphy's Wood Soap cleaning solution. BY REQUEST ONLY: Bona-X or other cleaners. WINDOWS: Dust window sills, blinds, and curtains, clean glass, sliders and tracks (interior only), check for and remove spider webs. BY REQUEST ONLY: Exterior windows. BY REQUEST ONLY– DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK… WE LOVE OFFERING YOU GREAT SERVICE!! STORAGE CLOSETS: Dust, wipe, organize and clean all objects throughout the closet space and vacuum/sweep/mop. CARPET FLOORS: Spot and stain removal service. PETS: Cleaning pet dishes, pet beds, etc. GROCERY PICK UP/ERRAND RUN: Mainly for guest arrival, special occasions or events.
