Hi! My name is Joanie Karnowski and I’m currently selling my house in Long Beach, CA (multiple offers coming in now!) and am planning to buy a place in Running Springs. I am looking for work once I get there (I estimate apx a month and a half before I could start). Having been a homeowner for 20 years with no housekeeper of my own, I am more than capable of general housework and am efficient and very detail - oriented. I completely understand my timeline may not align with yours but I thought I’d reach out just in case it might.
