I have been professionally cleaning for five years and I'm good at what I do. I will leave your home (or business) with a professional, detailed clean. Put the burden of your household chores into my hands so I can put free time into your yours and be a productive part of your house hold by keeping it clean & and organized. I am prepared to execute what ever house hold task your home may need. From dishes (limited). laundry(sheets & towels), I will also launder your personal clothes tho any loads outside of sheets & towels is considered an extra $5-$8 per load depending on the size load. All laundry will be washed, dried, folded or hung and put away. Windows (inside only), baseboards, to ceiling fans, making beds, dusting/polishing, sweep/mop, vacuum and so much more is included in my services. It will all be done in a timely manner, leaving professional results . I am prepared with all cleaning supplies & equipment tho I'm also open to use what you have and or prefer. I generally charge $30-$40 a an hour (depending on the size and condition of the home) for 1st clean and $20-$30 an hour (depending on size of the home) there for after providing you schedule for at least once a month..... you surpass a month it will be considered a 1st time clean. For senior citizens $20hrly for 1st time clean then $18hrly providing you schedule at least once a month.
