Have tons of experience in vacation rentals cleaning and buissnesses, residential, new construction I've done just about all of it. I've cleaned for high profile clients so I've dealt with non disclosure agreements. I absolutely love short term rentals cleaning I find a sense of peace and satisfaction out of it. I really love the pressure of time constraints and having a perfect unit. To me house keeping is so much more than cleaning it's caring for the house. Keeping it in tip top condition. Reporting any damage. I have done new home set ups for vacay rentals. I've done little bit of property management keeping up with pool bands and parking passes. Making akd setting up gift baskets for guests. I spent the last 5 yrs as head house keeper at another company, as well as maintaining a few units that I do for the owners. I'm now trying to step out on my own fully. I have buissness references also. I'm very detail oriented I can't help but start looking around a room for what is out of place.
