I provide short-term, Airbnb style vacation rental turnover service, move out cleaning for long-term rentals, repeat residential cleaning, quarterly deep cleaning, after-hours office cleaning and real estate listing preparation. Landscape and light maintenance and repair services available and billed separately. Rates include cleaning product and cleaning supplies but not guest supplies. Guest supplies can be purchased and receipt will be provided. All services require payment up front and a small extended service area fee will be added for travel outside Tuolumne County as well as Groveland area and above Twain Harte. I am experienced, honest, dependable, flexible, thorough and recently told I “move with a quickness”. I can be available for emergency response and/or immediate guest needs if your vacation rental is local and you are NOT and my previous experience allows me to offer assistance with various other property management needs as well such as marketing, bookkeeping, and compliance.
