I hired Marjana to work in housekeeping to work our very busy summer hotel season. She returned for a few years until she left to pursue other challenges. I would definitely hire her again. She brought a can do attitude and and great work ethic to the job. At VIU Student Residences in Nanaimo BC we are challenged with transforming our student use rooms into hotel rooms to let out as hotel rooms from April until Sept. It involves deep cleaning rooms that were lived in and used for the year by students and preparing them for the hotel season. This involves hard work and attention to detail, as well as completing minor repairs. Once ready then we open for guests with full linens. We often rent to large groups which involves large turnovers for back to back bookings. Marjana met the high cleaning standards that we adhered to and always did so with a smile on her face. It can be difficult to find good workers and when someone like Marjana comes along you know you have hit the jackpot. And they stand out in your memory. Anyone who hires her will not be disappointed. Marjana worked for us for one month while our regular housekeeper was on vacation. She was a wonderful housekeeper who was dedicated to doing an excellent job. She was always on time, worked hard, and left our place (which has two messy toddlers) sparkling clean! Her duties included daily tidying, mopping, vacuuming, helping with garbage and recycling, laundry, bed making, putting groceries away and more. Marjana is very trustworthy and honest and I highly recommend her.
