Summary: Hi, my name is Nicole. I m not a solo cleaner, I work with a crew of 1 to 4 cleaners. We specialize in cleaning, laundry, organizing and other tasks that fall under housekeeping. Unfortunately we don't do any cooking or babysitting. We are usually who you call after the $10-$15 per hour person has disappointed you. I've been in housekeeping and home management for over 2 decades! I've worked with prestigious families from Beirut, Lebanon to Louisville, KY. I take my profession very seriously and am quite the perfectionist. I specialize in deep, detailed cleaning and organizing. I have extensive experience cleaning all types of materials used in homes. I realize that a home is not completely clean if its not also logically organized and organization is one of my specialties! Our fee is $30 per hour, per person. There will always be at least 2 of us. which means you get the same premium job in less time so the extra person doesn't mean a higher bill, it just means we're in and out of your home quicker. Everyone I work with is individually trained by me. I have weekly training sessions at my home on Sundays so you can rest assured you're getting a "Nicole Caliber" cleaning with whoever I bring or send to your home. I'm also aware that cleaning your home may require access to the most private parts of your life, so I do a criminal background screening and drug test as well as provide liability insurance on every one of my cleaners for your comfort and security. I'm aware of the fears we face pertaining to COVID19. I am especially cautious not to do anything that may be hazardous to myself, the people I work with or my clients. I provide masks and gloves for my self and my fellow cleaners.
