Short Biography of Margie S. Marks My name is Margarita (Margie) S. Marks. I have lived here in Littleton Colorado since 1994. I met and married my husband Len Marks here in Colorado. In 1997 I started working for St. Mary’s Church and School here in Littleton, Colorado that lasted sixteen years until all the administrative changes made me decide to go back to my first career being a Nanny. My background in childcare has a long history. When I was attending college I answered an ad for a Mothers helper that would have to travel to Minnesota for the summer. At that time the family I worked for had two children. I would then go again the following summer by then she had another child. It was the best experience of my life and that would end up being my first career. My second career would be Administrative Assistant. After the second year of college I happen to come across a Mother’s Helper Ad which was looking for Nannies in the various areas of the United States. I applied and there began my first full-time, live- position in Bethesda, Maryland as a Nanny. The Mother was a Lawyer in Washington D.C. with two children. It was short-lived because the family decided to join the Father who was a Civil Engineer and had been transferred to Malaysia. He was previously in South Africa. (letter enclosed) Mother’s Helper agency then found me another family. The family lived in Centerville, Virginia. It was a full-time, live-position with three beautiful girls. This is a very short summary of my experiences. Being a Nanny is such a rewarding experience I love working with children. I believe every child special and should be loved and cared for and I put my whole heart and soul into caring for these children. I am looking for a wonderful family who is open to communication, fun, happy, loving, respectful, caring, and very comfortable to welcome someone new to their household.
