Harassment of any kind while work is in progress will be grounds for termination of the clean with no refund. Dependent on the seriousness of harassment any future cleans that had been previously paid for will be returned to customer minus the cancellation fee per appointment. For your safety to lower the risk of bed bugs, fleas and other critters spreading we do not provide our own vacuums for the clean and require the use of yours. If you want us to use your own cleaning products, discount may be discussed. Payments must be made in cash only and must be made prior to start of each clean. First time clients require a deposit with their booking. Cancellation fee will be applicable to any client if they do not give at least 30hours notice prior to appointment. Notice must be given within time frame of the need to cancel or to reschedule. A fee of $30 applies to all cancellations and rescheduling if any consumer fails to comply with the 30hour policy.
