Alma Andersen is hard working, dedicated, dependable and pleasant. She does awesome job with fun, energetic, positive attitude. A rental house I manage was totally trashed, crayon/ink graffiti through out the house, dirt & grime, carpets ruined, basement had piles of junk & garbage. I was overwhelmed with who to call for what tasks, and she came to the rescue and managed the entire move-out, clean-out, haul-out task. She co-ordinated & supervised other helpers, brought her own tools and cleaning supplies as needed and did a fantastic job. She removed carpets, rolled & duct taped them and hauled them out for garbage truck pick up. She fixed my vacuum, did some handy work, went on shopping errands for big, bulky & heavy items such as long fluorescent light bulbs. She also shopped & delivered Toilets in her own car with her own moving dolly. Alma used her own tools to tear down big junky items to haul out to garbage pick up area. She solve problems and figures out ways to get tough jobs done.
