Also cleaning supplies we use will be shown on that list. If any changes need to be made they can be made at that time. • Spring Cleaning $125 - $175 This is a deep clean which is what you would need our first time coming out to get the house ready for routine cleanings. • Routine Housekeeping $50 - $125 You still receive a deep clean, but this price is for frequent customers. By having us coming out monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly your house will stay cleaner and require less upkeep. The more frequently we clean the less we charge. • Laundry / Linen Change $25 - $50 We use your washer, dryer, and laundry detergent. Wash as many loads as you request, dry, and put up. • Carpet Washing $50 - $200 We supply carpet washer and cleaner. Starts at $50 for one room minimum, then $10 for each additional standard size room. • Special Request If there is something special your house needs or would like done a price can be negotiated. *The price sheet is a guideline. You will need a consolation at your home before first cleaning to secure your price. We guarantee quoted price at time of consolation.
