I specialize in cleaning condos or vacation homes for turn overs for your next guest. I can do a regular schedule or a spot notice. I charge a flat fee per bedroom and clean top to bottom. I also wash all linens and towels. I bring my own supplies unless you have specific cleaners you want me to use. I can also replace soaps, dish detergent, and other items if requested. An additional charge will be applied. Discount if you are requesting more than one unit in a day. For a normal cleaning, I can turn over in a couple of hours. I have been doing this for 15 years.
