All my work history and college courses have been in the Medical field. For the last 10 years I've been doing private Home Care for Oncology Patients.Assisting with all aspects of Home Care from casual to Intensive including but not limited to mov,,ement assistance,bathing,feeding or g-tube,all types of medication dispensing/ injections etc. Assist with grooming, appointments, exercise, light housekeeping, meals, listening and caring. Before I began my homecare I worked at Santa Monica Hospital UCLA for 9 years. When I began my career at Santa Monica Hosp. I was a student at Santa Monica College studying MedicalDiagnostics/Nursing. I come from a medical family. In my family we started out early. Caring for patients in rest homes when I was a child, I would spend my afterschool hours massageing feet, singing to, getting snacks, making beds but most of all listening to the stories of the seniors. I have always been facinated by the stories they share with me and honored to listen and care for them.
