My name is Faye. My services are genuinely just general house cleaning. I do deep cleans, construction cleans, and rental preparation cleans as well; though most of my clients have recurring weekly or bi-weekly general housekeeping cleans. When we get started, I would request a meeting anywhere that the potential client is comfortable with. I understand that the home is a safe space, and I hold values such as trust and integrity. When the client is comfortable, we would do a walkthrough of the home to discuss what the client's needs are, and discuss rates throughout. Every client has different needs, so not all clients are charged exactly the same! We would discuss all of it together to find what works best for the both of us. Description of Skills: I am comfortable doing virtually anything clean-related. In my years of experience, there have been few jobs that I have been uncomfortable with -- and I would always notify the client! Bathrooms are always deep cleaned, as should be necessary. Most clients like attention paid to kitchen, bathroom, and floors the most. Again, this varies by client. I even have one who prefers her wood floors polished on hands and knees -- and I enjoy doing it! I find cleaning very satisfying. I have my own materials when needed, though I usually discuss a system with clients that they seem to prefer over my providing them -- I am fine either way!!
