I have known Elaine for the past 5 yrs during her employment as a live-in caregiver. As Care Coordinator with a Ministry of Health organization, I was providing in-home services during those years. Elaine was the contact person for most of the coordination of services. Elaine was consistently cooperative and was always fully engaged in her work. I was impressed by her ability to not only follow through with a plan of care, but to advocate for her employer if changes in that plan were required. Elaine took responsibility to foster a safe and supportive environment in the home. Elaine is a very capable and conscientious person with a positive, friendly personality.
