Needing weekly help to assist with cleaning Airbnb space in the Park Hill area. Cleaner must be RELIABLE and have great attention to detail. Cleanliness and check in time affects reviews and I try to give my guests the best experience possible. The space is not a full house and currently takes around 45 minutes to clean and additional time to finish drying laundry. I have two sets so it does not need to be finished and replaced the day of. Laundry can be cleaned at the Airbnb space or at your personal home, whichever works best for you. Cleaner has flexibility to clean anytime between 12 and 3 and typically needs to be finished at 3. There can be flexibility with this cleaning timeframe on occasion depending on when the guests check in and check out but this is often unknown until closer to the check in date. Depending on length of reservations, cleanings can take place 2-4x/week. I need help starting in July 1. Many guests like to reserve last minute so although you dont need to keep your schedule totally clear I do like to have the flexibility to book last minute guests if able. Cleaning pays $25 PER CLEAN and I take care of the cleaning supplies. This position would be ideal for any stay at home moms that have 1-2 hours of time they would like to occupy in the afternoon, a second job for someone with a night time position, and a great way to earn some extra money for someone who might be retired and enjoys cleaning. Due to the fact that the space is cleaned frequently, cleaning is fairly easy as there is never any deep cleaning that needs to be done. I have a thorough checklist to help guide each clean as well. Due to the fact that reservations vary, Im not able to guarantee number of cleans or specific days that I will need someone. If you would like to split this position with someone else so there is always somebody available to clean, Im open to that option as well. Im happy as long as the cleaning is thorough and all days can be covered. The previous cleaner has been helping me for a year and a half and I am sad to see her go as she is moving away. I hope I can find a great replacement who enjoys the work as well. This job requires the person to be: -Flexible -Reliable -Have afternoon availability between 12-3 -Detail oriented, type A preferred -A good communicator, I tend to text prior to confirming reservations and then email once the reservation is confirmed -Have some weekend availability (guests do not normally check in/out on Saturdays and Sundays although this can happen on occasion.
