Hi there. my house is near Great Wolfe and it will be used as an Airbnb property.
We need a housekeeper to come in after each check-out to tidy up the place. The house is only 1200 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom on the ground floor, no basement. Washer & Dryer in place and the house is currently in a very good shape. We are looking to pay flat 30-40 dollars per visit for the basic work, and maybe a deep clean once every quarter with price TBD.
