Rates may change if "heavy duty" cleaning is necessary. Windows, laundry, carpet shampooing, inside oven or efrigerator is not included. However, extra services can be add with a rate increase and extended time allotment. We will always have a mutual agreement before any services begin. Privacy and professionalism from both parties are expected and appreciated.
