We are Ashley and Victoria and we want to help keep your home or office at its cleanest! We charge by the home/business! We don't do hourly, and we don't charge depending on how many rooms you have. It will always be 60$ a home/business, regardless of how big or small! Meaning if we are cleaning for over three hours, WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA! We are required to clean for a minimum of three hours each house so that you are guarenteed your money's worth! !!!!!WE BRING OUR OWN SUPPLIES!!!!! We clean HOUSES, OFFICES, LOFTS, STUDIOS, APARTMENTS, CONDOS, BUSINESSES, SHEDS, BASEMENTS, GARAGES, and STORAGE ROOMS! All you have to do is call and schedule a free estimate with us! We will quickly go over the entire place and show you what we generally do for every customer. If there are things that you don't want us doing, feel free to let us know and we will make sure to clean your place by YOUR standards. Every customer is diferent, and everybody likes their place cleaned THEIR way. So we've created a list of things that we generally clean so that every customer knows the general idea, and they can think about what they want or don't want before the estimate! - Sweep/Mop - Dust (easy to reach) Windows/TV's/Computer Screens/Book Shelves/Fans/etc. - Vacuum Carpets/Stairs/Sofas - Wipe/Disinfect surfaces - Disinfect Doorknobs - Take Garbage Out - Clean/Disinfect Garbage Cans - Pick up Toys/Trash/Dirty Clothes/etc. - Clean/Scrub Cabinets (inside and out) - Clean Tabletops and Chairs - Bathrooms (Toilets, Tubs, Sinks, Trash, Cabinets, Floor, etc.) - Mirrors and Picture Frames - Clean Dishes (We only clean them and put them in the dishwasher, we do not turn on the dishwasher to avoid malfunction. We don't want to be sued!) - Laundry (We only collect dirty clothes and put them in the laundry room, again to avoid malfunction of the washer/dryer we do not touch them! We include dirty sheets! If you would like us to do change sheets then have clean sheets, for beds and pillows, ready for us! We will make the bed for you and take the dirty sheets to the laundry room!) - Sweep/Mop Kitchen floors - Organize (We charge 20$ extra for organization, only because we organize anything you ask us to. Fridge, Cabinets, Rooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen, everything. We also choose a seperate day to organize, to avoid hanging around all night!) - Pets (We also charge 10$ extra if you have dogs or cats due to all the pet hair and dander and I have horrible pet allergies) - Carpet Shampooing (We will shampoo your carpets no extra charge IF you have the tools provided) - Pick up yard ***WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE*** We also want to avoid anything happening to your furniture so we avoid moving them around. We will try our best to get the hard to reach places (ex: behind the sofa or entertainment center) without moving any furniture! Again, we don't want to be sued! We usually make a copy of your house/office key (if you are a long term customer), if you are not comfortable with us holding a copy of your house/office key then let us know what specific day or time that you are always home when we can come by and do our job! We always ask at the end of the estimate if there is anything extra you would like us to do! Depending on what it is, we can work out a deal (most of the time it's no problem with no extra cost!).
