Routine Residential Cleaning 1. woodwork cleaned by hand (doors, doorframes, baseboards, window sills) 2. light fixtures and ceiling fans 3. check for cobwebs throughout 4. exterior of cabinetry in kitchen and baths 5. Toilet, vanity and bathtub 6. all surfaces in kitchen cleaned and disinfected (sink, countertops, range/outside of oven, microwave inside & out, refrigerator front/sides/top, back splash, table & chairs, floor vacuumed & mopped) 7.dusting: furniture top-to-bottom, blinds, pictures, knickknacks, etc. 8. light switch and outlet covers cleaned for fingerprints 9. upholstery vacuumed (especially under the cushions!) 10. vents/air returns vacuumed 11. laundry room cleaned: appliances wiped off, sink, floor 12. all floors vacuumed and mopped as appropriate 13. trash gathered 14. bed sheets changed (upon request) I also have additional non routine Residential Services as listed below(these services will be an additional $10 per (2) services requested): 1.
