Services And Training:
We need kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and general new move in standards (base boards, window seals and tracks, cupboard cleaning, etc.). It is an asset if you own all necessay supplies. Our best-possible housekeeper would have cleaned houses before and would have experience in tenant move out deep cleaning, but this isn't required to be hired.
