Housekeeper Job in Hilo, Hawaii

Small condo with a fabulous ocean view . Full clean needed once/ month whether I have guests or not. After guest cleaning will include washing and replacing all the linens ( my condo has its own machines ! ), cleaning inside of fridge and freezer, microwave, wiping stovetop , inc. under burners, wiping out oven, exterior wipe downs of stove, fridge , cabinets , bathroom cleaning, cabinet reorganizing ( sometimes), sweeping deck and floors, mopping, windows, cleaning screens, . When there are no guests, it would be windows, screens, floors, dusting, wiping down counters and stovetop. Vacation rental references, please . Thanks !
