Looking for a reliable and detail oriented individual for cleaning & prep of a very nice vacation rental near Pike Place Market in between guest stays. Long term employment opportunity desired with someone who wants to share in the success of the property. About the Job: - up to $20/Hr to start with bonuses available based on performance & guest reviews - Guest turnovers typically take between 3-5 hours - All supplies are provided (you are welcome to use your own) - The property is a condo near Pike Place Market (1000 Sq Ft, 2 bath, 1 Bdrm, kitchen, living room, lots of glass, hardwood, Quartz surfaces) - Tasks include bathroom cleaning, vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, make bed, dishes, and whatever else is necessary to make the suite Guest ready. - cleanings generally take place during the afternoon About You: - Live downtown (or can quickly access via bus or light rail) - Can pass a criminal background check - Ideally have several long term housekeeping clients for references - Ideally have housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry - Have a smart phone with text messaging, Facetime, and can accept mobile payments
