Open schedule as of 7/22. Reasonable prices, Price varies on size of building/home or office and amount of days you schedule. You name the time, we will clean morning, noon or night. We have our own transportation and cleaning supplies. Houses & Apts,under 1000 sq ft -$40-75 over 1000 sq ft- $50-125 Apt Hallways- $25 per hallway Apt unit cleanouts $40-75 (depends on how bad they are or what services need done) Events (set up or tear down) - $50-75 -Apt, House, Office, Garage, you name it and we will clean it for a reasonable price -Event clean up -We offer weekly specials -You pick the time, we can come during business hours or after, which ever works best for you - We supply all cleaning supplies - Carpet cleaning -Trash removal after job -Payment options -Same day cleaning (if desired) -printed detailed invoice I have a contract that is signed between cleaner and client to avoid any confusion. I will meet and discuss prices, go over everything and we can then at that time sign and set up dates. I will come same day if needed.
