Hi! My name is Amanda. I am a professional house cleaner with over 10 years of experience. I started, professionally, at 18 years old and I have been doing it full-time and part-time since. I started helping my grandma and my mom clean when I was 7 years old and I loved it! I would always keep my room clean and I would even get paid by my brother and sister to clean theirs when they wanted to get their chores done so they could do fun things---I would be the one staying home making money to clean! Now, I clean because I enjoy it and I love to see people's reaction to my cleaning and how happy they are when they come home to a nice clean living space! I also add special touches that change with each clean just to show my appreciation for you being my client, especially recurring ones!!!! I am by far the fairest and most thorough I have seen around my area, which is Monroe/Indian Trail but I come as far as Downtown Charlotte, University area, Wingate, Waxhaw, Ballentyne, South Park, ...mostly any area that is 25 miles and under from Monroe, NC. My prices are VERY easy on the eyes and you won't regret hiring me for one time, or recurring visits!!! Depending on the location, I give free estimates. I can do a GENERAL QUOTE through email or text but to do a DETAILED ESTIMATE, I would have to see what I am getting in to and those are free if you live in a 10 mile radius of 28110, they are $20 if you live over 10 but under 25 miles---HOWEVER the charge goes to your service if you choose to set up one!!!! :) I provide initial cleanings, light cleanings, need-based cleanings (only certain rooms, certain types of cleaning like just dusting or just vacuuming) and I even do specialized cleaning and services like organizing, painting, trash-outs (tenants moved out), laundry, gardening, cleaning cars, walking pets, baby sitting, grocery shopping, etc. Basically, you ask, I do...and if I haven't done it I will consider it or politely deny service for the particular request. I provide my own cleaning materials and other necessities for specialized services unless you want me to use something specific, then you would need to specify and provide, and the estimate would be altered to reflect that.
