Housekeeper Job in Santa Monica, California

We're a production studio located in Downtown Santa Monica looking for a cleaner to make our building shine! Standard Hours: 40 hours per week with some overtime occasionally. DESCRIPTION At least 2 years working experience in the cleaning industry Have proof of right to work in United States RESPONSIBILITIES Dusting Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming studio Loading and unloading dishwasher, putting dishes away Clearing and taking out rubbish Cleaning all internal & external glass as required Maintaining cleanliness of restrooms Maintaining a constant stock take of cleaning equipment and products Restocking items (air freshener, toilet paper, paper towel etc) as required Maintaining an orderly and hygienic working environment Maintaining health and cleanliness for studio plants and foliage Complete other tasks as instructed by the studio coordinator and others QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work independently Ability to prioritize and execute tasks without supervision Confident and self-motivated Efficient communication skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities High level attention to detail Must be able to lift 50 lbs comfortably Always act as a positive representative of the studio both internally and externally You MUST apply through Luma's website.
