Housekeeper Job in Chicago, Illinois

We are looking for someone to clean for us on a weekly basis at our home in Southern Lakeview, Chicago. I speak ok Spanish, so perfect English is not a must, but it is a plus. We are looking for someone who can be long term and learn/take initiative in knowing and deciding what things should be done each week. For example, we want someone who would be able, after learning where everything goes, to do and then put away our laundry, knowing what gets dried and what gets hung, etc. Likewise, someone who would set a schedule of what gets cleaned when for themselves, i.e., knowing to change the sheets every other week, and perhaps clean the fridge once every 4 or 6 weeks. Basically, we want someone who can keep the house clean and comfortable by not only doing what needs to be done, but by knowing what needs to be done. We also have a yellow lab, who is really quite sweet but a bit barky and can be standoffish at first, so we would hopefully find a pet lover. If you could provide occasional pet sitting, etc., also, that would be a plus but it isn't necessary. (just as an example our last housekeeper had two dogs, and would watch our dog on weekends sometimes at his home).
