Housekeeper in St Thomas, Virgin Islands

Hi, my name is Edith. I've been in the Real Estate industry for 10 years. I relocated to St. Thomas to focus specifically on Luxury Short Term Rentals. I'm currently providing housekeeping services exclusively for private homes, estates, condos and villas used as vacation rental properties. I'll come in before guess arrival and upon their departure. My list of duties will include: Cleaning and sanitizing the property top to bottom (dusting, mopping, sweeping, sterilizing, etc.) Laundry Stocking linens and toiletries Staging furniture Making beds Changing water filters for cistern Ordering water Maintaining the outside of the property where applicable Villa provisioning Empty trash Wash dishes Property inspection (with photos) at guest checkout The list goes on and I am happy to accommodate any requests you or your guests may have.
