Looking to find new potential clients, whether it be a one time thing, or a permanent, regular, long term position. Here are a few things you should know about me: My name is Kathy and I am a mother of 2 beautiful boys. My husband , the boys and I just moved here from South Florida. Im a very detail oriented individual and extremely passionate about helping others. I speak fluent Spanish and my husband speaks fluent Portuguese if an interpreter would be needed :) Now that you know a little about me, please see general rates and details below: -One bedroom apartment: $70/ 2 hrs (after 2 hours, and additional $20 per hour) -Two bedroom apartment: $80/ 2 hrs (after 2 hours, and additional $20 per hour) -Three bedroom home/apartment/townhome: $125/ 3 hours (after 3 hours, and additional $30 per hour) -Single Family home/Townhome/Condos with 3 bedrooms: Rate TBD based on size and general square footage *Does not include laundry(due to preferences),exterior cleaning or pet involved cleaning but can be discussed if desired * $30 extra for oven & fridge * References available upon request Please know I generally use your cleaning supplies only because I am sure some individuals are sensitive to particular odors, have allergies, or just like specific products, etc. However, I can bring my own supplies upon request.
