Housekeeper Job in Castaic, California

My husband and I have a 1200 foot home with 2 cats. I need a housekeeper to come weekly (preferrably Thursday) to clean and do light laundry. We have tile floors (no carpeting) which requires vacuuming and mopping. The master bedroom has a duvet cover on the feather comforters which require a little ironing before putting them over the comforters. The guest bedroom also has a feather comforter, but we don't often have guests, so the cover does not need to be changed often. I also have patio furniture that I like vacuumed if the weather is good. I We are willing to provide the cleaning supplies or you can bring your own. Because my husband and I have busy schedules, the rooms sometimes need a little organizing in order to properly clean. We are willing to pay extra the first week and then wish to go to a flat weekly rate, paid monthly. Obviously, we would pay additional funds for "extra" jobs (windows, refrigerator, etc.) accomplished around the house. Please let me know if you are interested.
