Housekeeper Job in Manhattan, New York

I am looking for a regular weekly housekeeper. Safe elevator/doorman building on a beautiful private park. Laundry room clean and brightly lit. Electrolux vac, dishwasher, all cleaning products supplied. This is an active 3 & 1/2 room apt/home and as such, there is always something else to do to fill a full four hours. I can afford $70.00 per weekly visit. Not negotiable until at least a significant period of employment. Reliability is PRIMO! Applicant must be comfortable on a step ladder when needed. Must be fully fluent in English. A quick and thorough cleaner — willing to put the cell phone away (except for an occasional emergency). There are standard chores that need to be done every week and there are additional chores added to fill 4 hours as you get better and faster on the regular ones. You will never be expected to exceed four hours without $$ compensation — but also, NOT LESS. FOUR HOURS IS FOUR HOURS!. There are no husbands, boyfriends, children, dogs or cats in the apt.
