Housekeeper in Boca Raton, Florida

Greetings! I am a mature AND very able woman - 50's- no ex-husbands, no children, and have a pretty diverse occupational background, well-traveled, well-spoken, relatively educated, ( intellectual-artist - inventive type, but down-to-earth and very practical )- get along best with "civilian" American and women white-collar professional as attorneys, architects, entrepreneurs, inventors, honest, creative, business people. I also have developed a pretty diverse occupational background developed which spans professional - ( gourmet and fine casual ) - food preparation and service; retail sales of food and furnishings, international yachting as crew and as shore maintenance; owner/manager of my own professional home and boat care; and also as live- in household manager/cook/"keeper". I am also pretty, "square"- do not use , or associate with those who do- never have, never will- exceptionally honest, trustworthy, very responsible, good-humored and serious, and very considerate of privacy, property, pets and all persons on premises. I am also certified on Intermediate level as concerns use of Word, Excel,-( can create and maintain household budget)- Powerpoint, Publisher, have working knowledge of QuickBooks..... cooking has evolved over decades from my experience with fine foods, from the elaborate butter-laden to much more simple, lean, healthy, pretty and pretty delicious. ( I am myself now, a year a vegetarian, and feel great, but will cook meats - no problem.) I do however, like to cook in a kitchen alone-as I have to move around or get things done pretty quickly, and as concentrating on the details of meal and service, just can't talk a lot.) I did also, in 2005 graduate from a ten-week , first-rate culinary course, and also earned the NREA's Serv-Safe Food Manager's Certificate. ( A certificate issued by the National Restaurant Education Association in culinary courses which entail every aspect of safe-food handling, receipt, storage, preparation.) I am also a very dedicated, commandment- following, Bible-based based Christian, but by no mans a "church lady", in fact, I do not attend church anymore as cannot find any which are actually Christian anymore! But in any case, I do not preach or discuss unless I am invited to and if I then wish to.) I am also very "smart-working", self-motivated, get a lot of satisfaction from a job done well. I do not currently possess a DL, but am able to get one. ( Very amiable, friendly, flexible, but "independent", a hard-working professional, not a "subordinate type".) And finally, I can manage outside service providers, and am seeking work for either a single, active or retired professional woman, a happily married couple, with pets and/or one or two small children. Also able to help with horses or small organic farm- but hours and pay need to be fair, and schedule fairly "routine". And I swim, bicycle, walk, ride horses, enjoy boating, water-skiing, scrabble, Chess, tennis " baby" forever, and writer on my own time, decades. Dress and behave conservatively, contemporarily, stylishly, and my personal and political opinions are sharp- But again- I do not bring into the fore when working and/ or it is not my "house". Generally quiet, but love music and when seems not a bother- frequently sing as cooking or no one else in room. ( Good singer- not an ear-burner!) Love music- only really listen to acoustic or Christian anymore if do "plug-in". Afficianado of good art and smart design and innovation of all kinds.
