2 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse in Walnut Hills. Hardwood floors throughout, bonus room/work out room off garage needs periodic cleaning. Open floor plan, neat owner without much clutter or knick knacks. Looking to pay flat rate, past cleaners have finished entire job in 3-3.5 hrs. I have some supplies, prefer if you bring your own. Flexible schedule or set rotation. MUST BE DOG FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO LET DOG OUT WHILE HERE TO CLEAN.
