I have been cleaning houses ever since I was old enough to earn allowance and operate a vacuum cleaner. I had my own house cleaning service in Santa Cruz for 4 years. I was an apartment Manager and i am all to familiar with move-in and out rentals. I worked as a janitor in Two Rock at the Coast Guard Base and clean by Military standards. I have a good eye for detail,am well educated on cleaning materials and techniques. I can operate any cleaning machine,vacuum,steamer,shampooer, polisher, buffer, etc. I have worked for several cleaning companies and learned what and what not to do when cleaning appliances,tile, wood floors, leather, various metals, antique furniture,fabrics, carpet linoleum, glass, crystal and more. I am experienced in residential, commercial, vacation and made it ready to rent type cleaning. It would be safe to say I have 35 years professional housekeeping experience.
